How to publish win8 app to tablet

VS 2013 Project menu => Store => Create App Packages ...

How to install in the tablet PC:

Windows 8 Kiosk mode

Now, to assign this app to Kiosk user... you have to login as Kiosk user and install the app again.

Then login back as administrator, and you can see the 'Metro browser' app from the list.
